Chiharu Haruno is Sakura's twin sister. Everyone thought that she was just another normal genin about to end up in a team but they had no idea that she carried a secret inside.
A promise that she made years ago to a person from an amazing clan that she decided to help. Chiharu would tell everyone about what happened that day but she couldn't. She said that she will keep the promise a secret and the only ones that knew about it were the Hokage, her family and a few Jonin from the village. 
Chiharu's powers were special but the truth was that she would never have them if a woman, the second one of the last two survivors of the Hana clan wouldn't decide to give them to her before her death. 
Since then Chiharu's life goal, her dream was to carry the secrets of the Hana clan to their last member and become one of the next legendary sannin.
Wild fights, crazy adventures, random weird situations, growing up, dealing with life, making friends, fun times with her team and a lot more, all of that is a part of Chiharu's always interesting and never boring ninja way.

There is a famous legend telling the story of a woman. No one knows her age or what she looks like, since she always has a fox mask on her face. They only knew what to do if one ever came across her. Turn and run the other direction. She had been reported to randomly appear while ninjas are on missions and killed anyone who angered, disrespected, or simply annoyed her.
