--The rain landed painfully on your back, running into your freshly cut wounds. Your bare feet hit the cool and wet dirt and grass below you as you ran. Tears mixed with the rain that landed on your cheeks. You had to get away before he spotted you. He's faster than you and stronger. If he saw you, it would be over. You desperately ran past houses that were no good for help. Everyone was asleep, and he would find you soon. You frantically scan each house's windows for light, any kind of light. But you could see none. You sobbed as you ran over to a random house. You banged on the door.
"Hey! Come back! I'm not done with you yet!" He called.
You slammed your fists on the door as he ran closer to you with each second. A light turned on inside the house.--
