Four quatrain poem with abab, cdce, efef, ghgh. I dedicate this poem for all who suffer from asthma, COPD, emphasma and have other breathing problems that bring on sudden attacks of dyspnea.  I have attached a Youtube video showing the panic involved in an acute hyspenia attack.  The painting on the cover was created by me.
