The world was ruled by alchemists and intellectuals who saw fit to advance humanity to world peace, but over a course of 250 years, that peace was finally brought to an end when use of a black tar substance quickly evolved into chaos and anarchy. This event is also known as the Black Parade, because of the massive hysteria that followed the sudden discovery. Branches around the world begin to combat the threat that has driven humanity to go to the extremes, but they all disagree on what is most appropriate for a proper solution.
Will humanity rise up as one, or will their differences cause them to perpetuate their own destruction?

In the distant timeline, where things have gone exceedingly wrong. The Supernatural bored and fearful of humanity's population and potential triggered the infamous event known as Global Freeze. An event that started to vastly lower the temperature of the world, making it uninhabitable for any human to inhibit.
