When Mark is approached by his old best friend, Raine Callaghan, who tells him she is being stalked again by an unknown psychopath, he decides that maybe the stalker could lose track of her if she moves around frequently. He offers her to join him while he tours across the country with the band Twenty One Pilots. But the stalker always seems to be one step ahead. Can she escape him once and for all?
