The war has just begun.
Just as Hazel was starting to get used to Medieval England and spending every second with her best friend's cousin, Adam (also England's new king), a war with France broke out and she's left to hide until someone says it's safe. How can they expect her to just sit around and wait? On the other hand, Serenity has been trying to adjust to life without Ryker, her boyfriend... maybe. Just when she's gaining a numbingly positive attitude her life gets flipped upside-down when she learns that she's pregnant. What used to be just a battle to find each other turned into a battle for love, life, and happiness. Will Hazel uncover her feelings about Adam before it's too late? Will Serenity get Ryker back to be able to deliver the news?
