Cree lives a rather sad life. He lives to keep his mother safe from his abusive father and like any other teenager he only goes to school to see his friends. 
Chrissy mostly lives on her own. Her workaholic mother isn't usually there and when she is its for sleep. Chrissy has everything a teenage girl would want but she isn't exactly happy. 
Both their lives completely change when Cree saves Chrissy from Brady, his best friend and her biggest crush. 
Cree thinks it's fate but Chrissy feels it's just an inconvenience. Will he confess his love to her? And will she learn to love him back?
