Hakeem Yams a young boy with ambitions to be like the older thugs of Down-Town Manhattan was beginning to find trouble with the police and his Mother. A music program designed for looking for young rappers had come to mountain state high to find some talented teenagers but with the influence and pressure of the older boys Hakeem would have to hide his participation of the program from the thugs if he was to ever stay with them.
