It all started when Katherine went into a coffee shop, and John Laurens commented on how she was wearing "the strangest outfit he'd ever seen." To her, it was really just a purple hoodie and blue jeans.
She stuck out like a sore thumb.
What was her biggest problem? Her arrival is starting to affect the people around her - and she doesn't realize it soon enough.

It's hatred at first sight, but it will eventually change into something none of them would ever have imagined.
