The book also depicts past stories of living in an old style asylum. CSA is also detailed in a residential childcare setting. This is not to glorify violence but to point to stages within the plot. There is also scenes of a sexual nature. Derogatory language and discussion of drug misuse. If you are sensitive to any of the above. This story might not be for you.
