Sean Williams and Lexi Quinn married each other... but not for the reasons you thought.
---
Some people say that a guy and a girl can never be just friends. At one point or another, they will fall for each other. Or, at least one of them. It's only a matter of time and priority. Apparently, it's inevitable.
But for Sean and Lexi, it's never been like that.
Being best friends ever since their childhood days, they could tell you that there is nothing beyond kin-like love between them.
But then, they hit the age 25.
Both felt the need of building a family of their own, but both are still single.
Pressured by their own families and their personal longing to have a life partner, they had an agreement. They married their best friend. Each other.
Both thought that if they grow old without finding the 'one' for them, might as well just stay together. Wife and husband will just be another label to their friendship. Nothing more.
But then, things suddenly take a sharp turn. People from the past return, new people arrive. New feelings get involved.
Will Sean and Lexi find themselves tangled in the passion of love, or will their relationship remain platonic as they find love in others?
Despite everything, will things eventually fall into place?

He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
