In a world ravaged by war started by a wicked hydreigon, the pokemon have been split into three groups - Outcasts, Heretics and Darkness. Two members of the Outcasts Guild - a meowstic called Cleo and her small dedenne companion Spark - stumble upon an odd discovery. Something that sparks a little hope amongst the Outcasts. The hope that one day, the Darkness just might be defeated and pokemon can live in peace once more. However, this discovery sets two assassins - an androgynous zorua named Harlequin and a joker of a banette named Enigma - after Cleo and her friends. What unfolds next is a roller-coaster of events that throw our heroes right into the epic battle between good and evil. Secrets, they fill the world. Discovery, it makes the world what it is today. Kindness, makes the world a better place. Love, makes the world shine when your in it. Fear, there are two kinds. Rational, and irrational. An example would be spiders, they are an irrational fear. To some they're nothing but a pest, but to others they're their worst nightmare. Another example would be if you had a bad past, I guess it depends on how you look at it. But what if you had a secret, that could destroy the human race as we know it? Make the world seem that much more dangerous. More exciting. Add a new factor to everyday life. What would happen if everyone suddenly knew about your dark secret, or more importantly, what would they think of you? Would they push away, or join you on the crazy roller-coaster of life.
