It's the beginning of October. Halloween decorations are already hung outside and being sold in stores. Halloween is Jade's favorite holiday and for the whole month she likes to watch the scariest movies. After coming home from the movie gallery, she turns the movie on and discover that someone recorded a warning over the movie warning her about the upcoming Halloween. The person warned that the next five people who watched the video would be able to see the suspicious events and are the only ones who can stop it. Being as wise as she is, she thought it was a hoax and returned it. After she does, four teenagers, one by one, also find the video and assume it's a hoax. Not too long after watching, they witness strange events that no one else can see. After realizing the video's warning is true, the teens meet up and plan how to stop the prevent the disaster before Halloween arrives. (Yes, I'm doing a Little Mix version just because, feel free to suggest things)

"Tell me about your daughter, Ms. Light." "Her name was Desederia April Light. Of course, she made everyone call her Daya for sake of causality, but she nonetheless was an amazing girl. She had bright amber eyes, gorgeous curly hair, and she aspired to be a firefighter because she loved helping people. She wanted to save lives. Her favorite color was orange because she claimed that it was under appreciated, and she adored Autumn because of the vibrancy. She was obsessed with sunflowers, too. She was just a normal girl, just a normal kid." "So then what happened?" "I..don't know. Things just changed one day. She grew paranoid and quiet, her grades dropped, and she'd beg us to stay home. I'd just tell her to grow up, but I should've listened." "But you really don't have an idea of why?" "I wish that I did. I wish I knew then what I know now, and I wish I took the matter more seriously when she tried to tell me." "So, Ms Light, tell me, do you think we'll find her?" "I don't know. But I know my Daya, and I know how smart she is. She might get to us before we get to her." ~ This is an unedited sample. The full, edited version is available on my Amazon Kindle (link in bio).
