I put him in a scenario where he grows feelings for a female who's under his command. I tried to make it to how I personally felt Erwin would react in this scenario. We all know Erwin is a hunk and could probably have any women he desired but he is still single because he doesn't want to put anyone through the pain of him dying or vice versa.
