I'm really just a broken girl with a notebook and crazy ideas. I have depression and anxiety and to cope and understand my feelings I write. I write about my feelings my thoughts my experiences all of it. So here's my story, it's nothing special just my thoughts on what it's like living with a mental disorder. It truly is what people don't see everyday, it's what's really happening behind my mask of smiles and fake laughs. The truth, all of it.
