I read headline after headline wiping my tears laying in the hospital bed .

Never would I ever have thought I would be in this predicament . The house we worked so hard for is in pieces , and my baby is in the hospital barely breathing because he saved my life instead of his .

I never knew someone could have so much love for me where they thought my life mattered more than theirs .
