The lower the Level the stronger you are. The higher the weaker. Sho gets Level 7 which is amazing, while Kei gets 100! No one has ever been Level 60 and up so Kei is basically alone. He gets bullied even more at this school. But on his first day he makes some unexpected friends who have an even better Level than Sho!
