Well, here's the run down. Melanie is a good girl- the purest of them all. Never been kissed, never had a boyfriend; the farthest she's gone was the brush off arms in the hallway. No, she wasn't ugly, far from it actually, she's just never had it in her to be rebellious. Her parents were completely over-protective of her, as well as her 19 year old brother. Thus, she's the goody-two-shoes with straight A's who's tired of well, being her. She wants a little bad in her life, and trust me she gets it.

Channing was, of course, the player, the bad boy. Suspended, fights, parties, you guess it. He was hot, though. Everyone knew it. Melanie was the exact opposite of what he wanted, but he was just what she wanted to put her life a little on the bad side.
