Hazel Walter is a seventeen year old who thinks that no one can find true love. That there's no one in the world that is perfect for you and that you're perfect for them. She hates most of the players at her school, she likes hanging out with her guy friends, her best friend Izzy, and wouldn't be caught dead in a dress. She don't party and thinks there's better things to do. Like reading and writing.
Lucas Hammer is a seventeen year old player with big dreams. Even though no one knows about these dreams. He thinks the world can be a better place. He can get easily mad and might start a fight or two. Now is this a guy you don't want to mess with or just a sheep in wolf's clothing?

What happens when Lucas asks her an important question? What is the question? Will Hazel find true love? Will the school burn down from a science lab fire? Will I ever stop asking questions? But more importantly who is that standing behind you?
