I grinned deviously as I rolled the body into the river, blood seeping out of the victim's corpse with the current. The stained water was a cool refresher for my sinful paws - and it was also a reminder.
A reminder that no one would ever know it was me.

The Clans have been infiltrated by a murderer. Shortly after the deputy of ThornClan dies, Snakeleap is found dead near the border. The cats are horrified; who would do such a thing?
When another death occurs, Badgernight knows he has to act before more lives are lost. After receiving guidance from StarClan and conducting moons of observation, he locks down on the sure suspect.
But the truth is far more obscure than he thought it was.
Blood will stain the ground once again.

Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
