(Yo, writing club kids, this is the story.) Two people are connected in a way that they can't even imagine. A profound connection that leads both of them to recovery in the face of mental illness and abuse. They both stand through the storm, letting their sadness infect them and sicken them, much like a cancer, but they manage to recover, but how?

I call this a beautiful journey of my lifeless existence. I don't know what's happening, but I seem to be living my life all over again, in my mind. It feels so real but seems like a dream to me. I'm confused, lost, worried, but I hope to find answers to what truly went wrong.

At 17 years old Amina faced a tragedy that changed the outlook of her life forever, or maybe so what she thought was forever. 8 years later the outlook is challenged by a walking paradox.
