Levi Patterson was a normal 14 year old, he had his love interests, his sports, and his hobbies. He especially loved to use his bow. But during a hike through the woods he discovers something he feels as though he shouldn't have, a large man-made circle with a pentagram in the middle. Out of curiosity, he steps inside and is instantly met with a beautiful woman, who he seems to recall from his history class. She says he has a destiny with her, to be trained by her in the ways of protecting and helping. But he would have to train vigorously. Will Levi make this choice?

This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first. This story starts at the fall of Wall Maria from your perspective as a young girl who lived in the Shiganshina district, I'll leave the age unspecified if I can but at the end she will definitely be over 18 years old. Then I will go into a time skip after developing the relationship between the reader and Levi as he helps the reader through their depression, I just wanted to get some background into the story first since it's important to how the reader ends up meeting Levi. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I know that the scouts didn't live in the abandoned castle until after they got Eren in the Survey Corps however I set the story there the majority of the time since I have no clue where they lived before and this is my story so I'll do what I want XD. I'm going to write for a female reader since it should be easier for me to write for this story that way, but I plan on doing more gender neutral stories in the future if this goes over well.
