These words written on a small green notebook are products of the author's brain-processing skills. This is based on her own point of view as a teenage girl wanting to confess everything to the world about how she certainly feels. But she's unlucky enough to find no one or nothing to tell her thoughts to, except just a piece of notebook.

The author promises to herself that no lie shall be written on these pages to preserve the essence of the title.

She wants to harm no one. She just wants to write the words or thoughts she could not voice out to someone in the real world.
