Anna was only 13 when her parents were murdered infont of her. People would call her 'The Lucky One' just because she wasn't murdered that night along with her parents. But what people dont know is that, that night part of her was murdered, she lost the only thing in her life that cared about. Anna is now 17 and has been living in foster homes ever scince that night. She still wakes up screaming, the image of her parents being stabbed filling her mind, stealing her sleep away from her. She cant get too close to anyone, as she fears that she will lose them aswell. Instead she sits alone and keeps to herself. That is until she meets one special boy. Will he gain her trust?
