The people of Easton are now in fear of their life; curfews are set to protect their safety, the police force have expanded from a small station to a vastly growing squad—with more power, more investigators and extensive amount of hours, no piece of evidence is left unturned as they try to protect their townspeople.

It soon becomes apparent that the serial killer has a fascination with young woman who have blonde hair.
