Dean had always held onto this preconceived notion of what the school year would be like: teach his new kindergarten class the ropes, study more English literature, hell, maybe even ask Lisa Braeden, the hot first grade teacher and long time best friend, out. All of Dean's plans, however, went out the window after meeting Castiel James Novak.
Castiel was new to the school, having just moved from the east coast to fill the position of school counselor. As the school year moves on, Dean and Castiel grow closer, falling into a tangled relationship of friendship and love.
Together wit friends such as Garth Fitzgerald IV, Harry Spengler, Lisa Braeden, Ruby, and Crowley, Dean and Castiel explore the world of friendship and love, all while teaching their elementary school classes.

The brothers are stationary, staying at Bobby's, which means they have to go to high school. In Math class, Winter notices Dean has a particular interest in a guy named Castiel Novak, so she takes matters into her own hands, juggling hunting, homework, and a relationship that isn't even her own. Things work out just fine until an awry incident causes Dean and Cas to go missing after school one day. Soon after, a life-threatening trade may just cause Winter her life, but maybe it's worth it. This story involves Teen!Cas and Teen!Dean, so I suppose you could call it a high-school AU. The story is under major construction, so some parts are going to be a little jagged until i can go back and edit them. It's non-slash, but more on the fluffy side.
