A women Of Woodstock Short story.

Charity Andrews lived up to her name a twenty year old student at Witney college studying accountancy, living with a group of friends in a basement flat in Woodstock, she worked two jobs to make ends meet, Sunday's in the Blenheim View tea shop and three nights a week in the Crown Public House as a bar maid.

Her mother and father run a small guest house on Portland Bill in Dorset and she left to study in the small Oxfordshire town, so she could help out her families business.

But above all Charity loved charities, so whenever an event to help others less fortunate, cropped up, Charity was ready to help out.

A car boot sale to help the homeless.

A stall at a village fete to help the elderly.

A sponsored walk to raise money for the children's hospital wing at the John Radcliffe.

Charity was there.

So it was no surprise when Charity stepped in to be auctioned off for one date in her local pub, to help animals in need, something close to her heart.

But the surprise came when a handsome charismatic gentleman rescued her from a depraved biker who was willing to bid high to get a date with Charity.

In fact the mysterious handsome stranger stunned the whole pub by bidding £100,000 for Charity.

What she didn't expect was the bid was for a hundred dates.
With his little princess as he nicknamed Charity.

If only she had known that he was telling the truth.

I rounded the corner to the hall, only to smack into something. "I'm so sorry," I apologized, reaching down to pick up a book that had fallen. My heart skipped a beat as I looked up, making eye contact with a pair of hazel eyes. "No worries," the boy replied, his voice rich and smooth, "Are you alright?" I nodded quickly, flashing a smile. I was too stunned to respond. Standing in front of me was none other than Prince Everest Dresden Macallister. "Who are you?" he asked, tilting his head curiously. "I'm Aspen," I replied, trying hard not to look away from his curious stare. "Dresden," he said, holding out his hand. I assumed he was going to shake mine, but instead he brought it to his lips, pressing a kiss against it. My breath caught in my throat, my cheeks burning. "Nice to meet you," I managed to say without stuttering. "My apologies, but I have to hurry. Miss Elizabeth has asked me to retrieve something." He nodded, stepping aside as I hurried into the room. I stood there, taking a deep breath to calm myself. Once I was done, I spotted the prince sitting by the window, the book that I'd picked up in his hand. I ducked my head and made a beeline to the door. "Aspen," he called, making me freeze. "Yes?" "Will you be attending the Charity Gala?" ------------------- Aspen's only purpose living in London was to finish her semester abroad. Or so she thought. She finds herself caught in the middle of The Royal Family and their dark past as she scrambles to sort out the course of her future. Never in a million years did she think she would find herself best friends with Prince Everest Dresden Macallister, the next heir to the British Throne. But it's not long before things start going south. Crush or no crush, Aspen doesn't have much time to prove her friendship to the future King. The clock is ticking. And time doesn't slow for anyone, Royal or not.

Est thought he was stepping into the palace for a simple bodyguard position - another elite soldier ready to stand watch over a prince. But the instant Prince William's gaze found him, everything changed. Behind closed doors and flickering firelight, William made him an offer unlike any other: not just a role as his most trusted protector, but a place at his side as his secret consort, bound by a loyalty deeper than duty and a passion they'd never speak aloud in public. " I want your loyalty, your devotion... and your body. Be mine - completely - and I'll give you everything." "You'll have my trust," William had said, voice low and deliberate as he drew Est close. "My secrets. All of me, if you want it. But in return - you'll be mine. In every way, until death do us apart." Drawn into a world of whispered promises and dangerous intimacy, Est must navigate the hunger that burns between them as fiercely as the intrigue surrounding the throne. Within this dangerous, intoxicating intimacy, Est discovers that protecting this prince means more than bearing arms. It means answering every secret look and hushed invitation, melting into a bond deeper and darker than either of them dared imagine. And as their desire burns hotter with every touch, Est learns that belonging to William is no mere duty - it's a hunger neither of them can hide.
