A young mind is a wonderful thing. Still filled with imagination. Full of laughter and songs that take place in wonderfully colorful fields of flowers. Unknowing of the dangers of the world. However, that is not the case for young Harry Potter. The boy who would sit in front of the typewriter for hours, his fingers dancing gracefully across the keys. Telling stories of adventure and loss. Of dreams and many wonderful beings. Stories of fear and darkness that creeps into the mind, sending men into insanity. Harry Potter didn't have an innocent mind.

What if Harry wasn't the golden boy everyone thought? What if his world of Hogwarts changes forever? Harry Potter was excited for school to start for his fifth year. It's dark in the closet, I can just vaguely see his features and realise how close we're standing. Like, really close. My chest is toughing his and my hand is resting on his shoulder. As I realise that, I quickly remove it. "Cozy", he whispers in my ear, which make chills run down my spine. "Shut up", I whisper. "McGonagall's class starts in ten minutes, I guess you'll be stuck in here until then", he says smirking. "I can leave at any moment", I say, glaring at him. After making his plan of escape, He ran, as far as his legs could, Harry took the time-turner and his belongings and just... ran, far enough from everyone. Tom Riddle, a Half-blood Parselmouth entering his first year in Hogwarts filled with curiosity and wonder, but most of all hatred for everyone. Mistreated by muggles and looked down upon by his own kind because of blood status 'I will be better and leave them all in the dust, and so his quest for knowledge and power began. What were to happen if these two opposites meet, a boy who wants nothing and a boy who wants everything. Would they go in the same path as before or will they forge a new one?
