Alesana's father has been murdered. Her mother was drinking until she was unconscious. Her social life was nonexistent and her life was falling apart. She's moved place to place, state to state and everything is only getting worse. She's self harming and even sneaking her mother's alcohol from time to time. She's still grieving and she just doesn't know what to do. This is her third school in a year. And she's hoping it'll be quiet and as peaceful as possible. Little does she know, her life will be turned upside down by a mysterious boy with midnight hair.
