Rose Marie Lynn is a girl who has lived in Tokyo by herself since she was six years old because her family left her. She only has a few things she holds dear~ her cat, music, and anime. She also has a special talent- she can make people forget things. 
She is now 16 years old with two jobs, and online school.  She finds out that the only family she has ever had is now dead. After work and school one day, she finds out that memory alter may not be the only power she holds.
