Once there was a girl who hated herself. She hated her hair, her crooked teeth, her lack of drawing skills, and even her handwriting. The only thing she liked about herself was her eyes. She had beautiful green eyes. Her name was Alice.
It was strange, because this girl was really strikingly beautiful. So there was no reason she should hate herself. But whenever someone told her she was pretty, she just wouldn’t believe them. She felt like she wanted to punch them because she knew they were wrong. So lots of boys liked her but were too scared to tell her. The only person she liked had moved away. She was all alone.
Alice’s parents were tired of seeing her so they sent her to a counselor. The counselor tried to help but Alice just ignored her. The counselor really wanted to help, so she proposed an idea. She would have Alice write letters to an anonymous person and send it. The letters wouldn’t actually go anywhere, just an abandoned house. The counselor thought it would be a good way to help get Alice’s feelings out. Alice just wanted to be done with it so she agreed.
“What should I call you?” Alice asked.
“Just call me Teacher,” the counselor replied.
So that was how the whole letter idea got started.

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly. "How so?" he asked, glancing at her. "I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare." He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that." OR Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
