"And they plot and plan, and ALLAH plans and ALLAH is the best of planners" (Al-Quran) "Can you tell me to whom this diary belongs?" The person gave me a bored look and I took a long breath to ease the ache in my lungs. I don't think I've ever ran this much in my life. I gave him a pleading look. "Please?! It's really important!". The person looked at me with a face void of any emotions. "Please!!" I don't think I've ever used this word for anyone except my family. I just ordered and it happened. But it didn't seem to be happening right now. I took a last glance at the person giving him a desperate look, then ran to other people. One clue, Just one!! Alteast a little hint!! I kneeled down on the road, not caring about anything and pleaded to Allah Almighty, keeping the diary close to me as it's the most precious thing in the world, the beads present in its cover poking my chest, "Please Allah! I'm sorry for all the sins I've ever done in my life. Surely, You're the most merciful. Please, find me a way to her. Let me meet her. Oh, Allah! Only You know if I don't go to her, what will happen. Please help me." I looked at the diary, its beads shining in the sunlight, and still keeping it close to my chest, I sat at the pavement looking defeated but I won't lose hope. I would not lose hope!! Then I heard heavy footsteps and then someone placed a hand on my shoulder and I turned only to feel like all the trucks of the world attacked me at once. It can't happen. No, no please no!! NOO!!! ____ It's a tale of motivation, Faith, Iman, Tawaqqul, Taqwa, mystery, twists and true love It's a tale of a diary "It all started with a Hijabi's diary! A Love In Trust by sayoncoulibaly

What if love is waiting for you-just beyond the reach of time? Amira has always been in search of something more, though faith has never quite been her anchor. When she meets Khalid in a fleeting moment of serendipity, her world shifts, and for the first time, her heart is ignited by something as powerful as it is pure. In that moment, she realizes this connection is more than a chance encounter-it is a call to become more than she ever thought possible. Khalid, too, feels the spark. But instead of giving in to desire, he makes an unexpected proposal: they will leave their love in Allah's hands. If their paths are meant to intertwine, they will meet again in five years' time, stronger in faith and ready for the life they both dream of. They exchange only names and nationalities and part ways, each setting out on a journey of faith, purpose, and self-discovery. In the years that follow, Amira and Khalid face life's tests and blessings, each holding onto the quiet hope that their love may be waiting for them on the other side of their spiritual journey. With every prayer, every challenge, and every small victory, they grow closer to Allah-and, perhaps, closer to the future they have placed in His trust. A Love in Trust is a poignant story of patience, faith, and the kind of love that only strengthens with time. In a world that values immediacy, Amira and Khalid's journey is a testament to the beauty of waiting-and the power of surrendering to a higher plan.

"...Don't show that you cared about my happiness, when you actually didn't. I doubt if you ever truly did care." I whispered the last part menacingly at him, clenching my jaw as my eyes filled with tears. The way his face hardened and his eyes dilated, I assumed he heard me as a muscle in his jaw ticked. I lowered my pointing finger and wiped my tears furiously from the back of my hand, looking away. "It's good that you got to know about everything before this marriage facade got out of our hands. Now, you'll realize that you never had any feelings for me and it was just an infatuation." He scoffed, looking away. His adam's apple bobbed as his veins popped out lividly. "Don't you dare insult my love, Wali! My love for you was so pure. You know what? You don't even deserve it." I told him, swallowing the lump in my throat. My voice came out harsh as my breath grew thin and ragged. I tried to control myself, reminding there were people in this house. Ya Allah, who was this man standing in front of me? ----- Meet Wali Rehman Khan and Aleyha Shaikh. They both grew up together, they were cousins by fate but best friends by choice. Wali had always been overprotective of her and deeply cares for her, fulfilling her every demand. She thought he loves her the way she loves him but how can he love when he hates even the thought of love? She had believed he would always be there for her but how wrong she was! He left and was back after five painful years. She no longer was the same teenager he last saw or knew, she had changed and changed for good. But still, around him, she didn't know how to feel. She tried but her heart was no longer in her control and she paid a heavy cost due to that. Was the payment worth it? Was it all along Allah's plan? -------------

That person would become her Qalb, and for him, she was already everything-she was his Rooh. This is a story of love, trust, pain, separation, and patience.
