A young shadowhunter named Licy has been running for years. Her mum and dad were two of the most powerful Shadowhunters in the United States. Therefore causing attention nobody would want from Caspar. Caspar is a very powerful Warlock that kills Shadowhunters that would have any chance at destroying him, and kills them. He's been looking for her and sending guards after her but nothing has worked quite yet. She always manages to escape. One day, she meets Jace. Jace is a well trained shadowhunter that was sent over to New York to protect Licy and bring her to Idris. Will he fail his mission? Or will Licy go with Jace?
