After their first failed attempt called operation Barbarossa , they took their time and held a meeting to solve and create a solid plan and strategy to overcome their mistake . The plan was terrifyingly successful leading for the Soviet Union to surrender and signed a treaty with the nazi Germany. On the Pacific , Japan empire struggled facing the allied forces , fortunately with the defeat of the allied forces in Europe . The morale of the allies soldiers greatly decreased thus resulting in defeat . Fascists Italy has made an improvement on their military techniques and weapons , causing for the invasion of Africa easier and successful . The war has ended . Next , comes the part that everyone hates ; to improve and fix the damages that has happened to their country . Facing the economic crisis and starvation , unemployment and crimes rate . Soviet Union was totally wrecked by third Reich , their military was reduced and replaced by the German's , German's bases was set up and new way of governing was created . Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything . Europe has fallen into the grasp of Third Reich , Africa is in Fascist Italy hand and Japan empire controlled the southeast asian countries . They thrived . (Kinda toxic relationships , power couple. It was a normal nation meeting. They held one annually at least 3 times a year. However, this meeting ended up turning the world on their heads. Their parents, the ancients, who have long since passed on cannot stand to watch their children suffer. With this a plan is formed to help, even if only just a little. A messenger from the ancients arrive with a book and wishes of happiness for the nations. They're stuck with no way out, in a space where time is separated from reality.
