In a post apocalyptic era, taking place in the only habitable part of the world, all survivors of the last war gather. Under their government's command, they obey every rule placed before them. But when they are fifteen, all members of this society have a chance to find their true love. They go on a journey and endure the many horrific forces of nature to find them. But what happens if your Soul Mate doesn't listen to the government? What would you do?

Imagine living in a world with a separate country where everyone is discriminated against the rest of the world for having the perfect mentality of a psycho due to chemicals exposed and experimented on far back into the bloodline as life itself? Unlike other countries these kids are forced to be contestants in a simulation game each sorted into a sect, determination, intellect, confidence, judgment and empathy whereas those from everywhere else could buy their way out or refuse, How do you think this story will end up? a story i wrote inspired by multiple dystopian stories such as, maze runner, the hunger games, divergent and even squid games where within the story my friends are the cast.
Echoes of the Maze
In a post-collapse world, a group of strangers wakes up inside a sealed, mechanical complex known only as "The Ring." They have no memory of who they are, how they got there, or who's watching them. Unlike a maze, the environment shifts at random-massive rooms rearrange, strange creatures emerge at night, and food is delivered at unpredictable intervals. The space constantly tests their minds, teamwork, and limits and maybe even love. But this isn't just about escape. There's something else going on. Some of the survivors feel drawn to each other in ways they can't explain-like soulmates in a forgotten life. One of the central mysteries isn't just the setting or their pasts... but the connections they feel. Why do some people remember each other? Why do some die when others "reset"? And who controls The Ring? As tensions rise, love forms in the chaos. Friendships, betrayal, longing-all collide in a race to uncover the truth before the complex tears them apart for good.
