That's how Jeongguk met his current boyfriend, Kim Taehyung, who used to be a patient at the facility but now does volunteer work to assist theses different species adjust to their environment and communicate if possible.
There's been species who were having a hard time to adjust at first upon arriving, but over time they have grown to adapt to the ways as a human and has learned to keep their identities hidden.
