What Life Is All About

Luna is a teenage girl like any other. Living out the emotional turmoil's that being a teenager come with. But yet, she is different. Unique, and abnormal. This special trait of hers has brought her lots of troubles in her life. People fear her, think she's a monster, they don't understand and don't try to when she explains why she looks like what she does. Overall, she is a complicated girl that no one really tries to understand. Her mother died gruesomely which left her and her father alone. But in a few years, he remarried, completely changing himself because of this woman, and now Luna has 2 younger siblings.
One of the only people who actually made an effort to obtain Luna's trust was her grandmother from her mom's side. She really did understand Luna because she loved her dear grand-daughter.
Another thing about Luna was that she believed in spirits and performed rituals. She always thought she had a connection to the dead for some reason, although as many of her books stated, she only ever actually got some sort of answer from down there,once. No one believed her, except for her grandmother of course. The old woman would join Luna sometimes and tell her stories about how she thought she was also connected too. Her grandmother was the only person who truly cared for Luna and wanted her to be happy. Unfortunately, Luna didn't want that herself. And as all books go, on one peculiar night something strange happened. Then Luna met Adam, the owner of a strip club. Their story spirals out of control and soon dark secrets surface, and Luna finds some stuff out about her family and the little town she lives in, that she never expected to hear.
