Beclair Jasmyne Fatell has been on her own since the beginning - she thrives in a world where she writes until the sun comes up, and writes until the sun goes down. But Beclair is a girl, a woman, a female - in a world where she can't do the thing she loves. Her books will never be seen to the public, never shown to anyone whom she adores, and will never make anyone happy but herself.

Clayton Brine Warrior runs his own magazine, Estelle, named after his sister - the famous Faith Stelle Warrior who has taken over Broadway since her first movie. A traumatic event causes all of Clayton's workers and writers to quit their jobs, leading him into a pit of despair. Many years of hard work and soon to be wasted. Until he meets Beclair, a model that had been kicked out of the industry years back. And she may just be the savior to all his problems.
