Marissa Oakley Faith Carr. A genetically modified girl, called a hybrid. She's lived the first half of her life in a cage, and the second half in a, thankfully, very nice orphanage. Never knowing if she'll be adopted or not, she spends her days with the owner of the orphanage, Joshua Martinez. But one day, Marissa might have a new hope. A new family. A second chance.....
