Blair Robertson was a paranoid girl according to her classmates,relatives and her very own mom. But she knew she wasn't abnormal she was just slightly different than the normal people. After her father Mr.Robertson committed suicide Blair had almost lost interest in life. Marcus was her life's first love who left behind him the 13 promises that would change Blair's life. Blair comes across George who carries her away with his blue eyes . Marcus sure did broke the promises. But it isn't too bad to break promise if indeed it could do any better to your first and only true love.
