Frost and Noel never had the best life at home. Their brothers were pushy and mean, their parents were… never home, and their nanny didn't pay them much attention, despite the countless hours she spent with them.
That all changed the day they decided to run from it all.
Now the two troublesome pair are spending their time with their “grandparents” and their new friend, Aurora, as they scour the world for the other magical beings, the outcasts, with similar mystical powers to those they possess, continuing their stupefying training in their “special arts.”
And, although they already seem to have enough on their plate, they must continually stop evil beings called the Floaters from their attempts to steal the mystical gems that keep the world's weather and seasons on track. So how on Earth had she come into possession of a merman?! Laiken is a merman...he prefers the term mermaid though. He just wondered into the aquarium one day and started up a conversation with the obscenely rude turtles. Angelica has no idea how she's supposed to "return him to the ocean" or why he decided to live in her bathtub of all places but it's happened. Not that she's complaining or anything, because there has to be some advantages to having a merman living in your house, right?
