~~~~~~~~~~~~~Young Silven Wellson loved to sing. But his world was turned upside down when the accident struck. Every since refuses to speak let alone sing unless absolutely necessary. Than things start changing around him. Shadows are like whispering figures surrounding him, the wind howls in fear about him. And soon Ven himself starts changing and he meets some pretty strange people -and things- when he try's to figure out why.
This is an original story. I came up with all of it EXCEPT- The cover photo (that comes curtesy of a Bing search.) Any refrences I make to other franchises (like Harry Potter). And any song I leave for the chapter belong to someone else. Unless I say otherwise these are a solid truthfully mine, as I might share some original songs. If I don't inform you that they belong to me they belong to someone else.

A young man with a mystery had been enrolled in a top school. After a life full of pain, and darkness held deeper down, he would have to come to terms with the monster he was. He had pushed through it all, but instead of leaving his demons behind, he only drowned himself with them in the end. Almost as if a water balloon was being filled, he let everything pile up. Caleb has a gift: He can sing. But not sing just like any other kid, he might as well be the next pop star of the century. But... no one knows about it because he sings in secret. Why, you ask? Well, it's because he doesn't want others to know him. He's extremely shy. Yep that's right. Caleb is just as shy as how much he loves to sing. His introverted self doesn't allow him to just sing whenever he wants. So he finds time whenever he's alone. When at last everyone leaves him alone, oh how amazing and wonderful his voice echoes out all along the walls of anywhere he can be alone. His amazing talent, however, one day lures in an audience. Together with his newfound 'friend' sworn to keep his singing secret, they find a way to make Caleb's talent known and help him finally face his demons: attention. ----------------------------------------------------------- This is my first attempt at a short story. "I see the world and it seems like I see it so differently than most other people. It makes me really angry most of the time. Especially since no one ever listens to me or what I've got to say. I try to express myself in so many different ways and no one sees it. When I sing a song people will only care about how the music sounds or how much I swore. If I paint, people will see the picture but not the meaning. It seems so obvious to me but everyone just seems to... close their eyes. Or at least shut off their brain. As if I see things they don't. But when they don't listen, how can I communicate that to them? It's so frustrating." Allie is a high school student and has big plans to make the world a better place. But her own head is pitting against her, throwing rocks in her path on a daily basis. Everything seems to be great for a while but what happens when her world suddenly comes crashing down around her? Can she ever recover? A coming-of-age story that deals with mental ilnesses, grief, first loves and family, briefly taps into the subject of religion and will likely enrapture you. Trigger warning: mental illnesses, self harm, death, dealing with grief, mentions of guns and gun control, mentions of cults, mentions of homophobia, dissociation. Names of bands, band members and song titles have been changed but at this point I want to credit mainly Palaye Royale, the band 'Homesick Soldiers' that is mentioned throughout is heavily based off them, but I'm sure if you're familiar with them you would have been able to tell that :)Complete
