People under the age of 18 are sent to multiple islands due to a major plague that spread throughout all of the USA. Leaving the government no choice but to send children and teens to isolated islands. These young people may not leave these islands until a cure is found.

All is not as it seems for 17 year old Emma Hayes. With her uneasy feeling that the government is hiding something, the so called " protectors" act very suspicious in her eyes. With the help of two friends (or maybe more than friends) they're set on a journey to find the truth.
