Ongoing, First published Oct 16, 2016
In what used to be known as Columbus, Ohio, the afterwar is only the beginning.

Briella Tenner was taken as a prisoner at the age of seventeen, marking her as the first teenager to be living in Othens-- a remake of Berlin in 2073. It isn't long before she starts to realize that life isn't as transparent as it seems. People living in the walls are always given what they need, never having to work. However, because of this, none of them realize that they are slaves. Upon arrival to Othens, the people are infused with a drug that conforms their mind and being into what the government has sanctioned as "normal". They begin to lose their memories in the form of flashes-- painful involuntary daydreams that cause the person to convulse, as a sharp pain circulates throughout the entire body until the memory is gone forever.

Suddenly, after six weeks of living in Othens, a new teenager Käse Samuals, is brought into the walls as a fugitive. Because of Käse, Briella is no longer the only teen locked in their luxurious prison. And as each day goes by, the two realize that they are the only ones with even a grasp of reality, and that without each other, there is no way they will escape this prison and the conformity that is being forced upon them by the new government-- let alone will they even survive.

When they plan for an escape to freedom, will it be enough for them to really be free? Or will their freedom be holographic just like the rest of society?

In a fractured universe stitched together by broken code, forgotten timelines, and unstable energies, war is no longer fought by mortals-but by anomalies. "This story began with one question: What if deletion was more dangerous than death? 'Next Generation Arsenal' explores what happens when systems glitch, stories collapse, and broken characters refuse to be erased." At the heart of the chaos is Access Denied, a cryptic and sarcastic drifter of unknown origin who wields forbidden commands and eats pastries in the middle of world-ending battles. After narrowly surviving erasure by the devastating force known as Content Deleted, Access Denied is thrown into a mysterious new realm-where corrupted gods and collapsing plotlines are just another Tuesday. He's soon caught in the growing conflict between the rising ACT Faction (Anti Chaotic Taskforce) and the oppressive CT Faction led by Karma, a literal god of chaos whose every word rewrites reality. Karma's son, Kaosu, rules entire regions through sheer existential pressure-collapsing minds and buildings alike just by showing up. But when a mysterious girl named Yamiya Mieko, rumored to be the last remnant of a deleted dimension, joins the ACT, the game changes. She may be tied to Dark Logical Energy-a force so unknown that even the gods speak of it in whispers. Meanwhile, Null Energy, a mythical force that deletes not just matter but the reason it existed, looms as an untapped threat no one truly controls. As factions form and battle across corrupted realms, timelines, and moons, reality itself begins to fray. To stop the ultimate deletion of existence, Access Denied, Kaosu, Yamiya, and the elusive tactician Aoikishi must hunt for ancient Glitched Artifacts, unlock forbidden power, and decode the truth behind the Terminal-a system root capable of granting admin access over the universe itself.

"Any thought you ever had; memories, desires, your fears and your dreams, are all recorded and stored safely in the Quantum Cloud for your eventual revival. Death is now merely a transitional period to the next stage of your existence. As a QUBIT (quantum processing biosynthetic), you will experience a life free of disease and suffering. Time is no longer your enemy. Regret is a thing of the past. Each new day brings the promise of endless possibilities, spent in the pursuit of your own happiness, guiltless with the knowledge that there are no longer earthly constraints to inhibit you. This is the life you have always wanted. Welcome to your new beginning..." Akropolis is a city at the end of times, a sanctuary where the brightest and best have been housed since the last Great War. A genome defect has afflicted the majority of the population and scientists are desperate to find a cure. In the meantime, man has found his own salvation in the form of the QUBIT (quantum processing bio-synthetic), an android that is capable of prolonging life almost indefinitely, and yet what makes them human in the first place has been lost in the transition. The ruling council believes that salvation is nigh, but whether that hope arrives in time is questionable. The city's future depends upon the actions of a few individuals, all of whom are struggling with their own mortality. Quentin is the boy who dreams of death. Mia is the tortured soul. Trey is the soldier that defines duty. Misao is the future of the ruling council. Claire is the girl with a secret that will rock the foundations of their entire civilization. Unbeknownst to them, the entire fate of Akropolis lies in their hands. Either humanity will find a way to survive or it will sink slowly into the sea of extinction.
