meet bianca blackwell. she might seem like the happiest girl in the world. lead role in many tv shows, rich and popular, a large group of friends, student at the best arts school in the country... an outsider would believe she has it all. but that's not the truth. the truth is skin deep. the truth is hidden in the tears she sheds every night before she goes to sleep. the truth is her mom always comparing her to others, never being able to live up to her high expectations. the truth is seeing her crush and the love of her life holding hands and kissing someone else. the truth is her clinical depression. the truth is her always having to see false rumours about her on a canvas much larger than keaton. the truth is the reason she learned how to properly apply concealer on her forearm. the truth is far from what you think. the truth is too much. and one small incident can be both the worst mistake of her life, and a huge eye opener for a certain someone.

Demitria, a completely normal girl, has one goal: to fit in. What she doesn't know is that she will never fit in. Not in the normal way anyway... It's been a year since Demi has been home. Upon return, she learns her mom has finally moved on from her father. Suddenly, she is thrust together with her moms boyfriend and his three sons. No pressure on her side, right? Demi had a goal to fit in this year, but things start to go astray as she learns that the people she thought were her friends were anything but, and the people who she never saw herself hanging out with were actually some of the best people she knew. Things were alright, until they weren't. What would you do if someone told you your whole life was a lie? What would you do if someone told you that you were destined for greatness? What would you do if someone told you that you were the heir to the throne of an entire kingdom? Would you run? Or would you fight?
