As the wind runs through my hair, and bugs wedge themselves between my teeth, I will always know, I am the fastest speedster out there. Well, at least I had thought. I was born with speed, yet my older brother got his from a particular excelorator explosion, or a dark matter one. He goes by the name Jay Garrick but his real name is Hunter Zoloman. Which means I am Chloe Zolomon the fastest speedster out there. Read along as I try to defete my brother and save the world from his pure evilness.
