My name is rosemary david. I live in panem in district 13, or whats left of it. When i was 14, war began. I am now 18 years old and we are still at a raging war. I am alone. My father is dead. My mother is PoW presumed dead. I have no family that I know of. Right now I am in the control room my finger on a button. If I press this button, alot of people will die. I am waiting for orders.

When the traitors were defeated, we swore as a nation we would never know this treason again. And so it was decreed that, each year, the various districts of Panem would offer up, in tribute, one young man and woman to fight to the death in a pageant of honor, courage and sacrifice. The lone victor, bathed in riches, would serve as a reminder of our generosity and our forgiveness. This is how we remember our past. This is how we safeguard our future. This year 24 new tributes have been reaped, all with one objective, survive. But who will win? So this is just a dumb fanfic I wrote about my friends at college, its not meant to be taken seriously and I'm only putting it here so that my friends can have access to is as I write it.
