Lione is a young adult who has just started facing the difficulties of life. What's worse is that she has a major disadvantage, i.e., she's been blind by birth.

There's still a lot of things left for Lione discover in this vast world, whether it be love or the feeling of knowing what colour your underpants are (which she probably wouldn't find out any time soon).

But what happens when she wishes on a dandelion... wishing on dandelions is just a superstition.. right?
