A hybrid of a letter and a collection of poetry; Dear, is the creative non-fictional piece of a student writing to his teacher about his discovery of the summer. A discovery of feelings and depth, of death, of family, and of his own mental health. Kept in the same identical form as it was sent to the teacher, Dear, is a raw creation of text which poses a single creation: what is the purple pool which resides forever near us?

A collection of poem's written about events, feelings, thoughts, and emotions. Like a diary to vent out a part of ourselves that no one will every know about; the poems are simply an attempt to capture the most unusual and abstract aspects of the human mind. From straight forward and relatable to the most bizarre and weird, jumping from one poem to the next with crazy intensity, I hope apart of you feels satisfied or even less alone. Side note: Need a specific poem to feel better? Let me know.
