Welcome to Hourglass City-a thriving metropolis a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Steam Sea and the Brassmere Ocean and all the cultures of the known world. On the surface, the wise Council and the Ministers of each Guild rule fairly and firmly, ensuring that everybody has an opportunity to hone their natural gifts, join a Guild, and lead a prosperous life. Other city-states of the same era have succumbed to war and internal strife, but Hourglass City has risen above them all. 
  
  With the different components of society coming together to allow Hourglass City to function like a well-oiled machine, life is as structured and as predictable as clockwork. However, behind the gears and parasols and mechanical wings, a more sinister force lurks; unseen, unheard, and unsuspected. 
  
  Welcome to Hourglass City-a city of scones and sorcery, corsets and conspiracies, airships and alchemy, ball gowns and betrayal; a city of magic and machinery. A city filled to the brim with the stories of its plots, ploys, and people. 
  
  When life is like clockwork, something is bound to go awry. But when, you ask?

This is my take on those stories that have only one human male on a planet full of anthros. You know the ones, where a nuke, virus, or/and war that destroyed the human race except for one and for some unexplain reason ten years later furries rule the earth with a fully functioning government and technology. Oh, and sometimes this human has all the powers of comics and mange for also unexplained reason or another. With every character is spelled out on these bio picks before you even read the story, ruining any suspension or mystery the story could have. Sorry, went on a little rant but I have a hard time reading those kinds of stories, so I decided to make my own. So the actual story; A human crash landed onto a alien world where the dominant species are ten feet tall female wolves. Now he have to survive this warrior world that seeks to use him or destroy him, but under his meek facade is something much more then any one could imagine. Hope you enjoy.

She doesn't know where it came from or how it got there, but when the man turns his gun on her she shoots him. It would be easy for Evita to forget about where the gun came from and let her life return to normal, but its mysterious appearance won't stop nagging at her. When Evita starts asking questions Evelyn Sheer, the head of the city's Department of Energy, takes her captive and places her in a secret, underground research facility. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.

I recommend reading the first two parts before this! After only two weeks into the anthro takeover, things have gone right and wrong on both sides. The second story arc is told in the perspective of Jeremiah Kelson, a young and aspiring scientist/operative who had an unexpected military background and skill. Having no memories of his past, Kelson finally sets out to find the roots of his forgotten memories without knowing that it would place him in dangerous situations in search of his past life. After crossing paths with many different peoples of the other world, Kelson would eventually begin to question himself of his origins and has decided to find it out. Little does he know that fate will bring him in a chance encounter with another young soldier that might have some connections with him, leading to the revelations of a bigger and more shocking truth of the relations between the both worlds...
